Our Girls’ Advanced Talent ID Day is designed for ambitious, committed players who are serious about developing their game and challenging themselves in a high-performance environment.

This opportunity is ideal for:

• Players currently playing the top level of grassroots, part of an ETC or academy football who want to test themselves at a higher level
   
• Girls who thrive in competitive environments and enjoy being pushed
   
• Players aiming to progress into advanced training centres, JPL, RTC or academy pathways
   
•  Those who want the opportunity to be seen by Chelsea FC Women Academy scouts
   
• Players interested in understanding more about their performance data through AiScout
   

This is not a beginner session. It’s built for players who are confident, coachable, and ready to step outside their comfort zone.
